Delete your Sukrit account
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, at any time. It cannot be undone.
Sukrit for Android, by Abhishek Kumar
In the app
- Open Sukrit and go to Settings (the gear at the bottom right).
- Open Privacy and Security.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
The account is removed at once. You are signed out, and the app's data on that phone is cleared.
What is deleted
- Your account (the Google sign-in record: name, email, photo).
- Every seva, with its notes, categories, activities and tags.
- Every diary entry.
- All photos, videos and files you added.
- Your settings and your plan record.
- Your end-to-end encryption key, if you had set one.
Nothing is kept afterwards. There is no retention period and no way to restore the account.
If you cannot open the app
Write to support@sukritsetu.com from the Google email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Sukrit account". We delete the account and reply when it is done, normally within 7 days. We can only act on a request sent from the account's own email address.
Deleting some things, not the account
Any single seva, diary entry, photo or file can be deleted in the app; it is removed from your account on the next sync. Signing out removes your data from that phone only.
